PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device that can perform recording with high image quality while preventing fine dust such as paper dust derived from a recording medium from being blown up by turbulence of air currents and adhering to a surface of a recording head so as to block a discharge port.SOLUTION: The recording device has a structure in which a partitioning plate 17 is provided between a head cartridge 13 and a head cartridge 13 mounted on a carriage, flow paths 18 for air currents that flow at the time of scanning are formed at both sides of the plate and a notch is formed at an installation part 14 above the partitioning plate 17. |
