PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide yogurt products having good taste, with well balanced acidity and sweetness of various types of yogurt.SOLUTION: The yogurt products include yogurt and an appendix product including a guar bean protein and a galactomannan decomposition product apart from the yogurt. The appendix product has a weight ratio between the guar bean protein and the galactomannan decomposition product of preferably 0.001 to 0.025. Preferably the yogurt with a weight in the range of 40 g to 750 g is packed in a container having an opening with a surface area of 12 cmor more. The total of the guar bean protein and the galactomannan decomposition product of the appendix product has a wt.% preferably in the range of 0.5 to 15 relative to the yogurt. |
