PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove a flicker component included in an image signal.SOLUTION: An image signal processing apparatus includes: an integration unit for integrating an image signal in each frame; a first flicker correction unit for extracting a flicker component included in an integration value obtained by the integration unit and corresponding to a frequency of a light source and reducing the flicker component included in the integration value while following the integration value; and a second flicker correction unit for generating a reference image having no flicker component by using a correction result of the integration value by the first flicker correction unit and performing flicker correction of the image signal on the basis of the reference image.
