PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change edge enhancement in accordance with intensity of an edge component.SOLUTION: The image processing system includes: an edge detection section 31 for detecting an edge component of an image; and a correction part 32 for correcting intensity of the edge component on the basis of a correction function that suppresses edge enhancement with respect to intensity of a second range close to intensity of an intermediate value of the edge component rather than intensity of a first range far from the intensity of the intermediate value of the edge component detected by the edge detection section 31. |
