The present invention relates to an energy control apparatus based on position recognition of a terminal, and to an apparatus which determines whether there is a person in a building, comprising: a terminal which each worker in a building individually has, and periodically transmits a wireless signal including a terminal ID; a receiver which receives the wireless signal transmitted from the terminal; a presence and absence information managing device which receives wireless signal information of the terminal from the receiver, acquires the position of the terminal, and stores/transmits the presence and absence information; and a building automation control system which receives the presence and absence information including the ID and the position information of the terminal from the presence and absence information managing device, and controls lighting for each floor, region, zone, and sector according to presence and absence state, wherein the building automation control system receives the position of the terminal, controls states or setting values of lighting devices and air-conditioning devices in real time according to the presence and absence information and density to save the energy consumption of the building. |
