PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that can improve layout efficiency by laminating a plurality of capacitive elements different in an action or function, an electronic device including the display device, and a substrate used in the display device.SOLUTION: A display device has a display element on a substrate, in which the substrate comprises: a base material; and a plurality of capacitive elements that are laminated on the base material and have a bottom electrode and an upper electrode, respectively. The plurality of capacitive elements include a bottom layer capacitive element and an upper layer capacitive element mutually different in a location of a lamination direction, in which the bottom electrode of the bottom layer capacitive element and the upper electrode of the upper capacitive element are electrically independent. |
