PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint belt having high tensile strength to suppress the breakage of a base fabric from the joint belt.SOLUTION: A hollow weave base fabric includes: a hollow weave part (111) having a two-layer structure formed of a first fabric layer and a second fabric layer; and a joint belt (112) continuously formed by yarns forming the hollow weave part. The joint belt includes a first joint structure part (121). In the first joint structure part, there is formed a structure forming two layers such that a positional relationship between first continuous yarns extending from the first fabric layer of the hollow weave part to the first joint structure part and second continuous yarns extending from the second fabric layer of the hollow weave part to the first joint structure part is reversed. The first joint structure part includes at least one free orthogonal yarn (400, 400') within the structure forming the two layers of the first joint structure part. The free orthogonal yarn extends in a direction orthogonal to the first continuous yarns and the second continuous yarns and does not form the structure forming the two layers of the first joint structure part. |
