PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which causes no degradation such as discoloration due to the oxidation of a surface of the laminate and occurrence of cracks even if placed under a high temperature of approximately 200°C over a long period of time, and to provide a metal-clad laminate.SOLUTION: There are provided: a laminate which comprises a crosslinkable resin composition layer obtained by mass polymerization of a polymerizable composition (1) comprising a cycloolefin monomer, a metathesis polymerization catalyst and a crosslinking assistant and an antioxidation layer obtained from a polymerizable composition (2) containing a polyphenyl ether resin or a phenol resin having at least one radical-polymerizable group, where at least one of the outermost layers of the laminate is the antioxidation layer; and a metal-clad laminate formed by further laminating a metal foil on the outside of the antioxidation layer. |
