PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyance device for conveying an object to be conveyed by means of a belt, with a new technology of regulating belt skew.SOLUTION: A belt conveyance device 106 includes a belt 2, a driven roller 4, and a skew correction section 10 arranged at one end of a roller shaft 5 of the driven roller 4. The skew correction section 10 includes: a flange member 11 which comes into contact with the conveyance belt 2 as the conveyance belt 2 moves toward one end, to receive pressing force from the conveyance belt 2; a pinion gear member 13 to which rotation of the driven roller 4 is transmitted with the flange member 11 pressed by the conveyance belt 2; and a rack gear 151 which is engaged with a pinion gear 132 of the pinion gear member 13, to convert the rotation of the pinion gear 132 to linear displacement of the driven roller 4. |
