PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of minimizing a delay by dynamically varying the clock frequency for output from a buffer provided at a reception side even in the case where the delay occurs on a transmission line or between devices, and an output adjusting method.SOLUTION: Received information is stored in a buffer section, a buffer storage amount that is the amount of information stored in the buffer section is monitored, and on the basis of the monitored buffer storage amount, the clock frequency in outputting information from the buffer section is adjusted. In accordance with the adjusted clock frequency, the information is outputted from the buffer section. |
