PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a performance of a rotary electric machine capable of operating torque between a first rotor and a second rotor and between a stator and the second rotor.SOLUTION: A model storage section 172 stores a first magnetic interference model representing a relation of a an interlinkage flux Φof a rotor coil 30 to a current Iof the rotor coil 30 and a current Iof a stator coil 20 and a second magnetic interference model representing a relation of an interlinkage flux Φof the stator coil 20 to the current Iof the rotor coil 30 and the current Iof the stator coil 20. A current command value setting section 136 calculates current command values Iand Iof the rotor coil 30 and current command values Iand Iof the stator coil 20 using the first and second magnetic interference models on the basis of an evaluation function (f) representing weighted heating values of the rotor coil 30 and the stator coil 20.
