PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for accelerating reconfiguration processing in a case of executing data reconstitution processing a plurality of times in a storage system in which data is distributed and arranged in a storage device group.SOLUTION: A storage control device starts reconstruction processing for configuration data reconstruction a plurality of times for each of a plurality of stripes acquired from a target storage device group except for any of a storage device group in which configuration data is distributed and stored in stripe units as units for storing each configuration data constituting redundant data in each storage device of the storage device group in parallel; determines stripes for next reconstruction processing in response to a load of access to each storage device of the target storage device group for every reconstruction processing; and acquires configuration data corresponding to the determined stripes from the target storage device group, executes the reconstruction processing, and reconstructs the configuration data stored in the excluded storage device from the acquired configuration data for every reconstruction processing. As a result, the object of the invention can be attained. |
