PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, information processing system, and information processing method for making it possible to preferably use position information on a user.SOLUTION: A navigation application 110 for a device comprises: a position information transmission confirmation unit 117 for confirming, with a user, the propriety of using position information related to the device in order to provide position information service; another purpose use confirmation unit 121 for confirming, with the user, the propriety of commercial use of the position information for a purpose other than the provision of position information service for the user; and a navigation provision unit 123 for providing a user permitting the commercial use of the position information for the purpose other than the provision of position information service with position information service whose function level is higher than that of a user not permitting the commercial use. |
