PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate color unevenness of a light-emitting device where a face-up type light-emitting element having a via electrode and a wavelength conversion layer are sandwiched by optical members.SOLUTION: In a light-emitting device having a wavelength conversion layer 13 and a particulate spacer 2 arranged on a light-emitting element, and an optical member 14 mounted on the wavelength conversion layer, film thickness of the wavelength conversion layer is controlled by sandwiching the particulate spacer between the upper surface of the light-emitting element and the lower surface of the optical member, the light-emitting element has a plurality of via electrodes 22b, and at least one particulate spacer is arranged on the via electrode. |
