METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BLACK CHOKEBERRY EXTRACT

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a black chokeberry extract. The method for manufacturing black chokeberry extract comprises: a washing step of washing black chokeberries; a grinding step of grinding the washed black chokeberries to process the same into a liquid; a low temperature extracting step of extracting anthocyanin and polyphenol from sludge included in the black chokeberry liquid by stirring the liquid at a temperature of 40 to 80°C; a high pressure filtering step of primarily filtering the black chokeberry extract, in which anthocyanin and polyphenol are extracted, with a primary filter member having a hole in a size of 0.5 to 2.5 μ by compressing the black chokeberry extract; and a micro-filtering step of secondarily filtering the primarily filtered black chokeberry extract with a secondary filter member having a hole in a size of 2.5 to 7 μ, and thirdly filtering the secondarily filtered black chokeberry extract with a third filter member having a hole in a size of 0.5 to 2.5 μ.
