PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the formulation of a cooperative path corresponding to the disease condition of a patient or the like.SOLUTION: A cooperative path processor includes: a reduction amount condition determination part for determining whether or not a reduction amount of medical costs generated in a cooperative path from medical costs assumed on the basis of cooperative path basic information as a template used in the case of generating the cooperative path satisfies a predetermined reduction amount condition; and an output part for outputting information indicating the correction content of the cooperative path determined to satisfy the reduction amount condition from the cooperative path basic information.
