PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system capable of correctly grasping that the operation of an operator has been correctly performed.SOLUTION: In an operation support system having a sign device 1 disposed in each of a plurality of operation areas, an operation support terminal 2 carried by an operator engaged in operation in the operation area for recognizing the plurality of sign devices 1, and a management device 3 for communicating with the operation support terminal 2, the operation support terminal 2 includes: a position acquisition part 7 for acquiring current position information; and a storage part 14 for, when recognizing the sign device 1, storing the identification information of the recognized sign device 1 and the current position information in association, and the management device 3 includes: a storage part 16 for preliminarily storing predetermined position information indicating the position of each sign device 1; and a position information comparison part for acquiring the associated identification information and current position information from the operation support terminal 2, and for comparing the predetermined position information of the sign device 1 indicated by the identification information with the current position information. |
