PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send a reminder of nonpayment and a notification of payment due date by e-mail to a collection subject or a substitute payer having responsibility in payment in place of the collection subject, and manage reply information to the e-mail.SOLUTION: A collection work management system includes: a storage section for storing collection subject information containing information on a collection subject and an amount and due date of payment, and substitute payer information containing information on a substitute payer who has responsibility in the payment in place of a collection subject associated to the aforementioned collection subject; a notification section for notifying the collection subject and the substitute payer; and a reception management section for detecting payment from the collection subject or the substitute payer. The notification section notifies the collection subject and the substitute payer of a notification including a decided amount of collection and due date, and when detecting the payment from the collection subject or the substitute payer, the reception management section notifies the collection subject or the substitute payer, the one that has not made the payment, of receiving the payment. |
