PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which congestion situations of a road where traveling is scheduled after a rest at a current position cannot be predicted and user cannot be informed of information about a rest time.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: a map information storage part which stores map information; a reception part which receives self vehicle position information which shows a current position of a self vehicle to be a mobile body for which rest time related information related to a rest time at the current position is acquired; a congestion prediction part which uses the map information and the self vehicle position information to acquire congestion prediction information which is about congestion of at least a part of an untravelled road corresponding to the current position of the self vehicle shown by the self vehicle position information and about congestion at a time of day earlier than the current time of day; a rest time related information acquisition part which uses the congestion prediction information to acquire rest time related information corresponding to the congestion prediction information; and an output part which outputs the rest time related information. Congestion situations of the road where traveling is scheduled after the rest at the current position are predicted, and a user can be informed of information about the rest time.
