PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film or a sheet having improved elasticity modulus, strength and thermal dimensional stability at high temperature while maintaining releasability and heat resistance which are characteristics of poly-4-methyl-1-pentene.SOLUTION: There is provided the film or the sheet containing: a poly-4-methyl-1-pentene-based resin composition containing 50 to 80 pts.wt. of poly-4-methyl-1-pentene (A); 20 to 50 pts.wt. of polyamide having storage elasticity modulus at 60°C obtained by a solid viscoelasticity measurement (E') of 900 to 2000 MPa and storage elasticity modulus at 130°C (E') of 50 to 800 MPa; and 1 to 20 pts.wt. of ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomer modified poly-4-methyl-1-pentene (C), the total amount of (A), (B) and (C) being 100 pts.wt.). |
