PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control apparatus capable of supplying a clutch with hydraulic pressure continuously even with occurrence of an event where an oil pump is unable to pump a hydraulic oil due to an inclination of an oil surface when the vehicle is drastically decelerated, and minimize an influence of automatic stop control.SOLUTION: A control apparatus, of a vehicle including an automatic transmission having a clutch for engaging a transmission gear and automatic stop control means for stopping an engine when a given stop condition is established, performs: opening a hydraulic path connected to an accumulator, and inhibiting automatic-stopping of an engine until a given release condition is established (S206), if hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic path connected to the clutch for engaging the transmission gear is determined to be reduced to a specified value or less (S204), with a decreasing amount of a rotation speed of an output shaft of the automatic transmission at a given value or more (S202). |
