PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass product manufacturing apparatus capable of improving quality and productivity of glass products by accurately dropping glass gobs in a center position of a mold.SOLUTION: A glass product manufacturing apparatus is configured such that: two line sensor cameras 15 for respectively imaging a glass gob 10 dropped toward a mold 14 from two different directions are arranged between a deflector 13 and the mold 14; an amount of positional shift in a horizontal plane of the glass gob 10 from a center position of the mold 14 is calculated by a data processing unit 17 by obtaining positions of the glass gob 10 in x-axis and y-axis directions on the horizontal plane, on the basis of image data outputted from the two line sensor cameras 15; a moving amount of the deflector 13 to be moved in the x-axis and y-axis directions is calculated as a deflector moving amount from the calculated amount of positional shift of the glass gob 10; and the glass gob 10 is dropped after moving the deflector 13 along the horizontal plane by the deflector moving amount. |
