PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring device for a structure for measuring a position, a distance or an area of a damaged portion at a high place in the structure without the need for a person to go to the high place and while using simple measurement and captured images from the ground, and a method thereof.SOLUTION: A damaged portion at a high place in a structure is imaged by imaging means, a shape of a structure 1 is measured by measuring means 2, a captured image is converted into an ortho-image with distance data by using actually measured data and a position, a distance and an area of the damaged portion are calculated from the ortho-image. A measuring object of an electric pole and scaffold bolts are imaged by the imaging means, a captured image is converted into an ortho-image with distance data by using a known distance between scaffold bolts, and a position or a distance of an installed object on the electric post is calculated from the ortho-image. |
