PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device and the like for an organic EL device, capable of efficiently inspecting a light-emitting state of a plurality of organic EL elements formed on a belt-like substrate having flexibility.SOLUTION: An inspection device for an organic EL device includes: a supporting part that sends an organic EL element in a longitudinal direction while supporting a base member of the organic EL device: a roller-shaped communication part in which first and second electrode layers are energized to make the organic EL element to emit light by sequentially coming into contact with first and second communication areas of the organic EL element being supported by the supporting part, while being rotated respectively; and an inspection part which inspects a light-emitting state of the organic EL element. |
