The present utility model relates to a method of producing a stone-coated roofing material and a product therefrom that eliminates the step of turning upside the base material previously applied with adhesive compound and a mass of stone particles, thereby minimizing dependence on manpower and increasing production output. The method of producing stone-coated roofing sheet generally comprises the steps of: a) laying of a base material in panel form; b) applying of adhesive compound on the base material; c)broadcasting stone particles on the adhesive-applied base material to thereby form a stone-coated roofing sheet; d) removing excess or loose stone particles from the stone-coated roofing sheet, said excess or loose stone particles removing being characterized by a step of subjecting the stone-coated roofing sheet to an air blowing means; and e) drying the stone-coated roofing sheet. |
