PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust inductance of a substantially strip-shaped loop antenna that is elongated in a length direction even after the loop antenna is installed in an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An antenna device 1 is integrated in an electronic apparatus 30 and communicates with external equipment via an electromagnetic field signal. The antenna device 1 includes: a substantially strip-shaped loop antenna 11 around which an antenna coil 11a inductively coupled with the external equipment is wound; a magnetic sheet 20 which is formed from a magnetic substance and provided while being affixed oppositely to a face of the loop antenna confronting the external equipment or while penetrating an opening 12a of the loop antenna; and an inductance adjusting member 15 which is provided on any face of the loop antenna, bridges both edges of the loop antenna in a width direction so as to cover the vicinity of a center of the opening formed inside the loop antenna, and is capable of adjusting a magnitude of inductance of the loop antenna.
