PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation frequency of parking brake by eliminating useless brake stop while observing a rule to stop slewing when an emergency stop is operated.SOLUTION: When an emergency stop switch 20 is operated, an inverter 12 transmits a slewing stop command to a slewing motor 11. When an off timer 17 is activated, a parking brake 15 is activated to forcibly stop the slewing after preset time has elapsed from the operation of the emergency stop switch. When a failure is detected on the inverter 12, the brake is activated without waiting the time preset on the off timer 17. |
