PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis device, an analysis system and an analysis method, in which a state of piping is analyzed simply and exactly.SOLUTION: An analysis device includes: an open/close determination part which determines an open/closed state of an open/close device based on the open/closed information detected by an open/close detection part for detecting a state of the open/close device provided in piping; and a state analysis part which analyzes a piping state based on vibration information detected by the vibration detection part for detecting vibration of piping in accordance with the open-closed state. |
