PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce nitrogen oxide (NO) while suppressing deterioration of combustion efficiency compared to that in a case where liquid ammonia is simply combusted by a combustor.SOLUTION: A combustion device includes: a combustor; an inlet system for supplying air to the combustor; an exhaust system for exhausting combustion exhaust gas of the combustor to the outside; an ammonia vaporizer for vaporizing liquid ammonia with heat of the combustion exhaust gas and supplying it to the combustor as fuel; an ammonia supply device for supplying liquid ammonia to the ammonia vaporizer; and a circulation system for supplying part of the combustion exhaust gas from the exhaust system to the inlet system.
