PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke barrier consisting of a fiber-reinforced resin sheet and, when being hangingly fitted to a ceiling, capable of providing excellent aesthetic appearance.SOLUTION: A smoke barrier 1 consists of a fiber-reinforced resin sheet 2 and is hangingly fitted to a ceiling 5. The smoke barrier includes: a ceiling suspension member 6 fitted to the ceiling 5 between facing walls 4 and 4; a pair of first support members (frames 3a and 3b) that are fitted to both end edges of the fiber-reinforced resin sheet 2 to support the fiber-reinforced resin sheet 2 and are hangingly provided to the ceiling suspension member 6; and a pair of second support members (end-part mullions 8a and 8b) that are fixed to the ceiling 5 via the ceiling suspension member 6 to support the first support members. The frames 3a and 3b or the end-part mullions 8a and 8b include tension adjustment rollers 9 for adjusting the tension in the length direction of the fiber-reinforced resin sheet 2. |
