PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation system that can obtain a physical value of a deterioration factor of a building site by taking into consideration not only temperature but also humidity according to meteorological conditions of a construction place without conducting a test, and that can obtain a physical value of a deterioration factor also for an internal side of a material constituting the building site.SOLUTION: A simulation system for a building comprises means 4 for storing, as a model 9, a model which includes: building data containing a material constitution of a building site; material data containing a physical property value of the material; construction place data containing outdoor temperature and outdoor humidity of a construction place of the building; and schedule data related to changes in temperature and humidity being an environment of the site. Further, the simulation system for a building comprises deterioration calculation means 5 for calculating a physical value of a deterioration factor of the building site from the model 9 by using a predetermined heat change equation and a moisture vapor change equation related to heat changes and moisture vapor changes inside the material respectively. It is assumed that the site has the material constitution indicated as a multilayer body. |
