PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cluster state monitoring device capable of detecting abnormality in a cluster that is capable of generating power, and a module terminal to be used therefor.SOLUTION: In a cluster state monitoring device 100, a voltage between terminals of a plurality of clusters 12 formed from a plurality of predetermined solar battery cells 11 is detected as a cluster voltage V10. If a variation &Dgr;V of the cluster voltage V10 per sampling term T1 is greater than a reference variation &Dgr;V0, it is detected as a sudden change phenomenon. The number of times of sudden change phenomena is compared between the clusters 12 at an interval of a determination term T2 that gathers a plurality of fixed sampling terms T1. If a cluster 12 with the number of times of sudden change phenomena more than that of the other clusters 12 over a threshold is detected, the presence of abnormality is determined. |
