摘要

The present invention relates to a carbonizing process and a stabilizing process of a cotton fiber which is a natural fiber, and to a condition for overcoming serious weight reduction and thermal contraction generated from the carbonizing process and the stabilizing process in a pretreating process of a fiber. According to the present invention, it has an effect capable of fixing the cotton form through finding an ideal condition of minimizing thermal contraction and weight reduction rate by controlling reaction temperature, temperature raising speed and reaction time, and the like in the stabilizing process and the carbonizing process while a heat treating process.
