The present invention relates to a manhole housing supporting apparatus using electromagnets. More specifically, the manhole housing supporting apparatus using electromagnets comprises: a body in a hollow doughnut shape; a plurality of electromagnet parts installed on one inner side of the body at regular intervals; and a plurality of leg members in a long bar shape. In addition, the present invention relates to a manhole repairing method using the manhole housing supporting apparatus. More specifically, the manhole repairing method comprises the steps of: (a) raising a manhole housing; (b) installing a mold on the inner circumferential surface on an upper hole in a pipe inside a manhole; (c) supporting the manhole housing; (d) installing the manhole housing supporting apparatus around the manhole; (e) filling a filling material in a space between the cut surface and the outer circumferential surface of the manhole housing; and (f) covering a manhole cover over the upper surface of the manhole housing.
