PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a distribution storage system.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a storage part; a deletion part; a writing part; a switching part; and a reading part, in a distribution storage system. The deletion part deletes data capable of being restored from the storage part, when the data capable of being restored using data stored by being distributed to other storage device in which a power source is an on-state, and parity is stored in the storage part among pieces of data stored in a first storage part. The writing part writes data not capable of being restored using data stored by being distributed to other storage device in which a power source is an on-state and parity, among pieces of data stored in the first storage device. The switching part switches a state of the first storage device to a state in which the power source is an off-state, when the writing part writes the data not capable of being restored in the storage part. The reading part reads the data not capable of being restored and stored in the storage part, when a reading request of the data capable of being restored is applied thereto, when the power source of the first storage device is an off-state. |
