PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission color conversion member capable of obtaining a uniform color degree distribution by reducing the grain size of a phosphor, further dispersing the phosphor uniformly and at high density at the inside of the emission color conversion member.SOLUTION: Provided is an emission color conversion member 10 made of a sintered compact of the mixed particles of binder particles 13 in which a phosphor 11 and a dispersion binder 12 are condensed and glass particles 14, and the binder particles 13 are dispersed into a glass. The phosphor 11 is made of a garnet based phosphor. The dispersion binder 12 is made of a non-glass material having light transmissivity and binding properties to the phosphor 11 and is made of alumina. |
