PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array antenna which prevents the gain in the main beam direction from lowering due to generation of grating lobe, when a multibeam is formed by DBF(digital beam forming).SOLUTION: In an array antenna consisting of a sub-array antenna having a plurality of element antennas, a transmission unit, a reception unit, and transmission/reception switching means for switching the connection destination of the sub-array antenna to any one of the transmission unit or reception unit, the plurality of element antennas are arranged on a concentric circle for a circular opening. Furthermore, the plurality of element antennas are divided by non-periodic tiles, and the sub-array antenna is constituted of the plurality of element antennas arranged in respective non-periodic tiles, while being divided. |
