PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus and a dental CT apparatus which can acquire a series of panoramic images including the tooth row and right and left temporomandibular joints correctly without increasing the exposure dose while keeping the effective image receiving surface height of X-ray imaging means at the minimum required height even when a patient has a big jaw.SOLUTION: A digital panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus 1 which has: an imaging system 2 having an X-ray source 3 for emitting an X-ray to a subject M, X-ray imaging means 4 for detecting the X-ray having transmitted through the subject M to perform imaging, and a rotation arm 5 integrally having the X-ray source 3 and the X-ray imaging means 4 around the subject M; and a slide body part 8 which has rotation means 7 for rotating the rotation arm 5 and can vertically move with respect to a support part 6 is so configured as to change the relative positions in the height direction of a subject positioning stand 11 which is not integral with the slide body part 8 and the slide body part 8 to image a series of panoramic images. |
