PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming method and a press forming system of semi-solidified metal material capable of manufacturing a homogeneous and high-quality product excellent in appearance and mechanical strength while maintaining productivity when manufacturing the homogeneous and high-quality product by means of a press machine by using the semi-solidified metal material.SOLUTION: A press forming method of semi-solidified metal material includes: a semi-solidified metal material manufacturing process of pouring molten metal 3 into a container 6 having an upper opening, cooling the molten metal 3 while stirring the molten metal and manufacturing the semi-solidified metal material 7 in the container 6; a semi-solidified metal material inversion process of inverting the container 6 up and down to store the container on a temporary storage space; a liquid phase part discharging process of discharging a liquid phase part from the semi-solidified metal material 7 by utilizing the inversion; and a press forming process of feeding the semi-solidified metal material 7 from which the liquid part is discharged into a mold in a press machine 20 to perform press molding.
