PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant system, a failure detection device, and a redundant method capable of suppressing the load of processing for determining the failure of equipment, and accurately grasping the presence/absence of the abnormality of the output value of the equipment.SOLUTION: A redundant system includes: a control part for controlling the state of a control object; a first input/output part for executing the input/output processing of data for controlling the control object; a second input/output part for executing input/output processing equivalent to the first input/output part in parallel with the input/output processing by the first input/output part; a determination part for comparing first data acquired as the result of the input/output processing by the first input/output part with second data acquired as the result of the input/output processing by the first input/output part, and for determining the presence/absence of mismatching between the first data and the second data; and a switching part for switching a connection state between each of the first input/output part and the second input/output part and the control object. |
