The present utility model discloses the process of producing of chips out of bangus (Chanos chanos) comprising the steps of preparing bangus which includes: cleaning the bang us in running water; soaking the bang us in 10 pcnt brine solution with 30 ml calamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) for 30 minutes; steaming the bangus for 30 minutes; cooling the steamed bangus; flaking the bangus flesh; drying the flaked bangus; grinding the dried flaked bangus; preparing all the ingredients; combining all the ingredients such as ground bangus, flour, salt, and ground pepper; forming into desired rectangular, triangular and circular shapes and sizes; deep frying the formed bangus chips; cooling the fried bangus chips; adding of parmesan powder; and packing the finished product into suitable packaging materials. |
