PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quay crane capable of supporting a slide type boom stably even if leg opening deformation occurs in a leg structure, and starting cargo handling operation quickly by suppressing the swing of the slide type boom which occurs immediately after the traveling of the quay crane.SOLUTION: A quay crane 1 comprises: a beam member 13 fixed to an upper end of a leg structure 4 and extending in a travel direction y of the quay crane 1; a suspension structure 6 suspended from the beam member 13; and a slide type boom 7 supported on the suspension structure 6 and slidable in a traverse direction x of the quay crane 1. The suspension structure 6 comprises a pair of arm parts 11 separating in the travel direction y and extending in a vertical direction, and arm connection parts 12 extending in the travel direction y for connecting each of the arm parts 11 to the leg structure 4. Each of the arm parts 11, the arm connection parts 12, and the leg structure 4 are connected by pin members extending in the traverse direction x. |
