PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite structure which is constituted so that a metallic plate is held between resin structures different from each other in the thermal expansion coefficient and in which a strain, a crack or an unwelded portion is prevented, by a simpler method, from being generated in the resin structure when the metallic plate is welded to the resin structure.SOLUTION: The simpler method comprises the steps of: holding the resin structure 3 between the first metallic plate 21 and the second metallic plate 22; thermally welding the first metallic plate 21 to a base part 30 to form a plurality of hollow convex parts 31 projected from the surface of the base part; thermally welding the second metallic plate 22 to the top surface 33 of each of the convex parts 31; and forming a hole 38 in such a region that the outer peripheries of three or more adjacent convex parts 31 have a crossing with one another in the base part 30.
