PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a decorative sheet that is excellent in scratch resistance, dust adhesion-preventing property and workability; and a decorative material comprising said decorative sheet.SOLUTION: Provided are: a decorative sheet 10 having a surface protective layer 12 on one face of a substrate 11, in which the surface protective layer 12 is a hardened product of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition containing an antistatic agent and an ionizing radiation-curable resin, the tensile elongation of the hardened product of the ionizing radiation-curable resin as measured by a predetermined method is 40 to 80%, the thickness of the surface protective layer is 2 to 18 μm and the surface resistance value of the surface protective layer 12 measured in compliance with JIS K6911 is less than 1.0×10&OHgr;; and a decorative material 20 in which said decorative sheet 10 and an adherent 17 are laminated via an adhesive layer 18. |
