PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of determining whether e-mail has been read or has not been read, with high reliability.SOLUTION: Time when a character which appears frequently is displayed in sentence data is determined for every reference character, it is determined whether or not the character is a reference character capable of being used for determining whether e-mail has been read or has not been read, and it is determined whether the e-mail has been read or has not been read based on a ratio of reference characters capable of being used for determining whether the e-mail has been read or has not been read, with respect to all reference characters. Therefore, a situation in which it is determined that the e-mail has been read by only operation of scrolling a sentence at high speed and displaying a sentence end, is prevented. |
