PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device and the like for an organic EL device, capable of efficiently inspecting a light-emitting state of a plurality of organic EL elements formed on a belt-like substrate having flexibility.SOLUTION: An inspection device 1 for an organic EL device 20 includes: a communication part 43 which grips a substrate 21 while being in contact with a conduction area of at least one organic EL element 19, which moves so as to send out the organic EL element to the downstream side, which separates the gripped substrate, which can move to an upstream side so that the substrate can be gripped while being in contact with the conduction area of the organic EL element on the upstream side, and which can make the organic EL element emit light by making the conduction area energized in a state where the substrate is gripped; and an inspection part 47 which inspects a light-emission state of the organic EL element made to emit light. |
