PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent distribution of locally required power from being residual in the case where a generator has reduced surplus regulation capability or an eccentric operation system.SOLUTION: Locally required power distribution means of a demand control system determines an order to distribute the residual distribution of locally required power to a plurality of kinds of generators and successively implements the distribution of the residual distribution to the individual generator, until the residual distribution is eliminated, in accordance with the order. If the residual distribution is not eliminated even after the residual distribution is distributed to all the plurality of kinds of generators, the distribution of the residual distribution to the individual generator is successively implemented again, until the residual distribution is eliminated, in accordance with the order. |
