PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system etc. capable of automatically adjusting a communication condition according to a congestion degree of data communication.SOLUTION: A communication system 1000 includes: a base station 100 connected to an LTE network 300; and a monitoring server 200, connected to the LTE network 300, for monitoring the base station 100. The base station 100 transmits traffic information and a communication condition to the monitoring server 200. The monitoring server 200 adjusts the communication condition on the basis of the traffic information, to transmit to the base station 100 the adjusted communication condition which is the communication condition after the adjustment. The base station 100 sets the received adjusted communication condition. |
