PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a delay which occurs when processing image data after writing the image data in a frame memory.SOLUTION: An image processor 25 comprises: an input unit 252 which writes the frame of inputted image data D into a frame memory 27; a frame interpolation unit 253 which reads a processing-target frame from the frame memory 27 and outputs the processing-target frame; and a counter 258 which counts the number of lines written into the frame memory 27 by the input unit 253. The frame interpolation unit 253 starts reading of the processing-target frame from the frame memory 27 with timing based on the count value of the counter 258.
