PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that enables softening heat treatment to be easily applied to a back surface of a die with proper handleability and workability of the die-casting die provided by applying the softening heat treatment to the back surface of the die after quenching and tempering treatment.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a die-casting die comprising a die design surface and a back surface paired with the die design surface is characterized in that softening heat treatment is performed in such a manner that the back surface of the die-casting die faces a heating apparatus providing a plurality of areas on a plane with resistance type heaters capable of independently controlling output, respectively, after quenching and tempering treatment. |
